Position Summary

Unistar-Sparco is seeking an experienced AV / Low Voltage Technician to support our expanding technology services. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, customer service-driven person who is dedicated, hardworking, and motivated to grow with a rapidly expanding organization. Training is provided on the job with a Lead Technician and/or Lead Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot AV and low-voltage systems (including projectors, security cameras, and interactive boards) at customer sites.
• Run, terminate, label, and test low-voltage/data cabling to meet quality and performance standards.
• Provide professional, responsive customer service and communicate work status clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Work alongside Lead Technicians/Trainers to follow installation standards, safety practices, and project requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience installing and/or repairing projectors.
• Experience with security camera installations.
• Strong background in cabling (running, terminating, and testing).
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, dependable work ethic.
• Consistent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply on-the-job training.
• Able to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.
• Follow required safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• This position will require some travel and overnight stays (compensated).
