Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial facilities using electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Perform high-voltage electrical wiring and low-voltage system installations in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association code) standards.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring layouts and system configurations.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults and determine necessary repairs.
• Ensure all work adheres to electrical safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code).
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial electrical systems, and commercial electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and construction site experience to perform wiring tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new build projects, including frame carpentry and schematic reading for seamless integration of electrical components.
