Position Overview

This is NOT an entry-level position.

We are hiring a Senior Service Electrician with 4+ years of verifiable, hands-on field experience in commercial and multi-family electrical work. Candidates must have real-world experience performing subpanel installations, meter-main replacements, service upgrades, and complex electrical installations.

We are looking for a seasoned professional — someone who can walk onto a jobsite, diagnose issues independently, perform clean installations, and lead by example.

If you need supervision for basic panel work, this is not the right role.

Required Field Experience (Must Have)

Candidates must have hands-on experience with

• Subpanel installations and replacements
• Meter-main replacements
• Service upgrades and service equipment installations
• 120V–480V systems
• Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Commercial and multi-family electrical environments

Experience must be verifiable.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics (120V–480V systems)
• Install and replace subpanels, meter mains, and service equipment
• Complete service upgrades and infrastructure improvements
• Lead complex electrical installations from start to finish
• Ensure full compliance with NEC, Title 24, and local codes
• Mentor and support junior electricians in the field
• Communicate clearly with clients and project managers
