Seeking Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV Technicians!

ESST has been providing security services including cameras, access control, data, and alarm monitoring to Texas businesses for 21 years. Our headquarters is located in Justin, Texas with an additional office in Lubbock, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Install Security, CCTV, and Access Control panels & systems
• Install various access control devices including card readers and electric door strikes
• Install cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or D-rings)
• Install, terminate, test, label, and document horizontal, backbone and other cables
• Dress and route cable into closets and control rooms
• Fire stop various types of cable penetrations
• Travel to and from job locations. Some overnight travel may be required.
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications and Skills

As a Technician, you must combine technical expertise in security systems with the ability to self-manage and work effectively on an independent basis. You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management, prioritization, and project management skills. It is also important to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a firm commitment to responsive and professional customer service.
