Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of residential electrical service experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
• Excellent verbal, written, and customer communication skills
• Ability to pass an electrical aptitude test
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Strong commitment to customer service and quality workmanship
• Electrician License/Certification preferred but not required
• Desire to grow personally, professionally, and financially

• Maintain accurate job documentation, customer communication, and service records.
