Position Overview

Florida Hot Tub & Sauna is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician with strong technical ability, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a high level of reliability. This is not an entry‑level position. The role involves installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of sauna heaters, steam generators, salt room systems, control panels, and specialty wellness equipment in both residential and commercial environments.

This work requires precision, adherence to NEC standards, and the ability to interpret detailed wiring diagrams, schematics, and project plans. You will collaborate closely with our Project Managers, Operations Team, and Service Department to support installations in luxury homes, high‑rise condos, hotels, and commercial wellness facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Wiring* Install, wire, and commission: + Sauna heaters (Harvia, Finnleo, EOS, etc.). + Steam generators (MrSteam, Thermasol, Amerec). + Salt room equipment and control systems. + Low‑voltage and line‑voltage control panels. + LED and fiber‑optic lighting. + Ventilation and fan systems. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and shop drawings. * Terminate connections cleanly and professionally in accordance with NEC and manufacturer specifications. * Perform equipment startup, testing, and commissioning.

Troubleshooting & Service

* Diagnose electrical issues in sauna, steam, and salt room systems. * Perform on‑site repairs with minimal downtime. * Conduct preventative maintenance for residential and commercial clients. * Document work clearly in Service Fusion/work order systems. * Communicate professionally with clients while on‑site.
