As the Experienced Marine Electrician, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting our US. Navy and the CIWS program in Mayport, FL where you will be responsible for Performing non-routine and complex assignments involving the responsibility for planning and conducting a complete project of relatively limited scope or a portion of a larger and more diverse project that will be performed on-board U.S. Naval Ships and military installations.

Serco works closely with the customer and other Serco team members to deliver quality work performed on-board U.S. Naval Ships located in the beautiful surroundings of Mayport, FL.

In this role, you will

• Select and adapt plans, techniques, designs, or layouts.
• Contact personnel in related activities to resolve problems and coordinate the work.
• Review, analyze, and integrate the technical work of others.
• Outline objective, requirement, and design approaches completed work is reviewed for technical adequacy and satisfaction of requirements.
• Possibly train and assist lower-level technicians.
• Design, develop, and construct major units, devices, or equipment.
