About the Role

Sparks by Rabbit LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Residential Journeyman Electrician to join our team. We don’t need you to frame houses or wire up industrial motor controls—we need a professional who knows residential electrical systems inside and out. If you take pride in clean pipe bending, precise troubleshooting, and code-compliant residential work, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Residential Installations & Upgrades: Perform panel swaps, service upgrades, and full-home rough-ins and trim-outs.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair line-voltage issues, shorts, and faulty residential wiring.
• Modernization: Install custom lighting, ceiling fans, EV chargers, and smart home systems.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all installations meet or exceed the latest National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Scottsdale standards.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a safe workspace, use proper PPE, and leave the customer's home cleaner than you found it.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience specifically in residential electrical work (remodels, service calls, and new builds).
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of current NEC residential codes and ability to read residential blueprints and schematics.
• Tools: Must possess your tools and testing equipment (multimeters, voltage testers).
• Reliable Transportation: Must have your own reliable vehicle to get to and from local job sites daily, along with a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
• Professionalism: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners.
