Electrician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled licensed Electrician to join our team in the downriver area. The ideal candidate will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in primarily residential and some commercial settings. Work is in Wyandotte and the surrounding areas.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
• Perform high-voltage installations and maintenance as required.

Skills

• Experience with high-voltage systems is preferred.
• Experience as a commercial electrician is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.

A valid Michigan Journeyman Electrician License is required.

Must provide tools and a work truck/van to and from job sites. Hours are part-time to start, but full-time is available as workload allows and depending on the quality of work.
