Electrician

Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools and power tools in accordance with electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and schematics to accurately execute wiring and installation tasks.
• Perform high-voltage and low-voltage wiring installations on construction sites or renovation projects while adhering to NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Install programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components for industrial applications.
• Ensure all work complies with local electrical codes, NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 standards, and electrical safety procedures.
• Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to verify circuit integrity and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including inspection reports, repair logs, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate electrical installations during renovation or new construction projects.
• Follow all safety protocols related to high-voltage electrical wiring and general electrical safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues.
