Responsibilities

• Works independently in the field with minimal oversight — owns the job from arrival to completion
• Thorough working knowledge of electrical wiring methods, materials, and NEC code requirements — stays current
• Proficient use of electrical metering and test equipment
• Strong troubleshooting skills — able to diagnose root causes, not just symptoms
• Coordinates with other trades on the job site as needed to keep work moving

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on field experience — residential background is a strong plus
• Clean, valid driver's license
• Able to navigate the NEC confidently — knows how to find the right answer, not just recite code from memory
• Comfortable working on ladders and in multi-story homes — one, two, and occasionally three stories
• Consistent use of proper PPE — no exceptions
• Any additional construction or trade experience is a bonus and will be recognized
