Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints to accurately execute electrical installations and repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters (including ohmmeters), and other testing devices to diagnose electrical issues efficiently.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and low voltage systems to support automation projects and control systems.
• Follow National Electrical Code (NEC) standards to ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with construction teams on renovation projects, framing carpentry tasks, and general handyman duties as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and installations for compliance and future reference.
• Ensure safe working conditions on construction sites by adhering to safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work.
• Work with an apprentice as necessary and assist with their on-the-job training.
