Client’s Facilities Team is seeking a skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance Electrician to support operations at our cutting-edge semiconductor fabrication facility in Manassas, VA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities

· Maintain and repair electrical components of facilities equipment and systems.

· Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, including inspections and coordination with contractors.

· Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and NFPA 70E; follow all safety protocols including LOTO.

· Interpret electrical one-line diagrams and perform feeder switching on redundant switchboards.

· Respond promptly to system failures and alarms, restoring equipment functionality and ensuring system reliability.

· Monitor abnormal system behavior and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve performance.

· Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance, testing, calibration, and equipment performance.

· Conduct detailed preventive maintenance on complex facilities equipment using diagnostic tools and technical expertise.

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:

· Switchgear (LV / MV)

· UPS systems, batteries, and distribution panels

· Troubleshoot electrical failures and restore system uptime quickly
