Electrician – Well & Pump Systems (01 or 03 ADMIN)

A growing well drilling, pump, and electrical contractor serving Eastern Washington and North Idaho is seeking a motivated, reliable electrician to join our expanding team. We specialize in well pumps, water systems, diagnostics, controls, filtration, and electrical installations. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hands-on environment with significant opportunity for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial well pump systems and associated electrical equipment.
• Perform electrical diagnostics on pumps, pressure systems, controls, variable frequency drives, and related equipment.
• Install and service electrical panels, disconnects, control systems, pressure tanks, and water treatment equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Assist with service calls, new installations, upgrades, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, permits, and job records.
• Adhere to all applicable Washington State electrical codes and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State 01 or 03 Electrical License preferred.
• Experience with residential, agricultural, industrial, or water system electrical work.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems independently.
• Familiarity with motors, controls, VFDs, pressure systems, and electrical diagnostics is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
