The Role

We are looking for a licensed Washington State Electrician (06A HVAC Specialty or 01 General

Journey Level) to join our team as our dedicated HVAC Electrician. In this role, you will take

ownership of the high-voltage electrical side of our HVAC installations. By having you focus on

running power and pulling permits, our mechanical technicians can focus on the ductwork,

low-voltage controls, and refrigeration.

Key Responsibilities

● HVAC Electrical Installation: Run high-voltage wiring for new HVAC equipment,

including heat pumps, AC units, furnaces, and mini-splits.

● Power Supply: Install, upgrade, or replace electrical panels, breakers, and disconnects

required for new heating and cooling systems.

● Compliance: Ensure all electrical work strictly adheres to the National Electrical Code

(NEC) and Washington Administrative Code (WAC) standards.

● Leadership & Permitting: If you hold a Master Electrician or Administrator certificate,

you will assist with pulling Washington L&I electrical permits and provide on-site

supervision of trainees only when legally required by L&I ratios.

Qualifications

● Required License: Active Washington State L&I Electrical License — either 06A
