Responsibilities

Assist licensed electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites. Learn to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform wiring, conduit installation, and fixture mounting. Support the testing of electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper functionality. Help with the installation of low voltage and high voltage systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Participate in construction activities such as framing carpentry related to electrical infrastructure. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines at all times.

Skills

Basic understanding of electrical concepts and experience with electrical systems is preferred. Experience with industrial or commercial electrician work is a plus. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical installations.
