Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installation, wiring, and maintenance of electrical systems on construction sites
• Use hand tools and power tools to cut, strip, and connect electrical wires and components accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support project execution
• Conduct basic testing of electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper functionality
• Support the setup of low voltage and high voltage systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while learning about framing carpentry and other construction trades

Skills

• Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is a plus
• Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment like ohmmeters
