is seeking a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Residential Electrical Helper to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in the electrical trade while working alongside a licensed Master Electrician on residential projects.

Position Overview

As a Residential Electrical Helper, you will assist our Master Electrician with residential electrical installations, punch-list items, troubleshooting, and warehouse operations. When not assigned to a jobsite, you will help organize inventory, prepare materials, and maintain the warehouse to ensure our field crews have everything they need.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn the trade while gaining hands-on experience in residential electrical construction.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installing wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components in residential homes.
• Work alongside the Master Electrician completing punch-list items and warranty work.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, strip, drill, and connect electrical components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and construction plans to assist with installations.
• Assist with the installation of low-voltage systems such as doorbells, alarms, communication wiring, and related components under supervision.
• Help test electrical circuits using multimeters, ohmmeters, voltage testers, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Follow all National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements, company policies, and jobsite safety procedures.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain electrical materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
