GO Electric LLC is looking for a licensed residential electrician to join our team serving Metro Boston and Eastern Massachusetts. About the Role

You'll handle residential electrical service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, panel upgrades, and installations for homeowners and contractors throughout Metro Boston and Eastern Massachusetts. Some days you'll work solo, diagnosing and resolving issues on your own. Other days you'll be paired with a teammate on larger jobs.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems
• Perform installations, upgrades, and panel changes
• Communicate clearly about the work being done and any recommendations
• Keep your truck, tools, and paperwork organized
• Follow all NEC and Massachusetts electrical code requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electrician license (required)
• In depth knowledge of the NEC and Massachusetts amendments
• Proven residential service experience
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening
• Must adhere to substance-free workplace policy
• Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Train and mentor apprentice electrician
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed in all seasons
• Ability to work on ladders and use the applicable tools of the electrical trade
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually or heavier loads as a team
• Ability to bend, crawl and work in all areas of a house / building
