Responsibilities

* Plan, install, and maintain electrical systems for commercial and residential construction projects * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installations * Supervise and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians on job sites * Ensure all electrical work meets NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and inspectors throughout project lifecycle * Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently and safely * Conduct inspections and quality control checks on completed electrical work

Requirements

* Valid Texas Master Electrician license required * 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience in a construction environment * Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes * Proven experience supervising and leading electrical crews * Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and wiring diagrams * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor on job sites * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
