Maintenance Technician Electrician - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician Electrician during second shift to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot failures of machines, systems and electrical and electronic circuits and equipment. * Dismantle, transport, assemble, and re-align relocated and new equipment and machines. * Move and organize materials, equipment, furniture, fixtures, etc… * Assist OEM representatives in the installation of new equipment. * Perform periodic inspection and maintenance on cranes, hoists, cables, hooks, and chains. Replace parts as necessary. * Perform simple rigging operations and occasional heavy or complex rigging. * Operate forklifts, cranes, and manlifts as necessary. * Climb ladders and work at height. * Collect and properly dispose of waste materials such as wood, cardboard, oils and coolants. * Operate and maintain portable and shop air compressors. * Analyze all types of circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings to install, repair, adjust, and calibrate electrical and electronic equipment. * Dismantle, inspect, adjust, repair or replace faulty parts on electrical and electronic equipment such as motors, starters, VFDs, controllers, relays, switches, circuit breakers, transformers, brakes, panel boards, resistance banks, etc… * Reassemble, test, and adjust equipment to obtain proper operating characteristics. * Routinely work on AC and DC circuits from <50V to 480V. * Operate threading and bending equipment to perform conduit work. * Assemble, construct, and install electrical equipment and circuits. * Maintain good housekeeping by cleaning and organizing work areas. * Follow safe working practices. * Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned by supervisor.
