About Us

EZ Electric is a family-owned electrical contractor serving Rockland, Orange, Westchester, Sullivan, and Putnam counties, plus Northern New Jersey, since 2003. We handle residential, commercial, and pool/spa lighting work, and offer 24/7 emergency service. We're looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot motor controls and electrical circuitry on residential and commercial job sites
• Perform installations, repairs, and upgrades in accordance with NY electrical code
• Work independently and take ownership of job-site decisions
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work site

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician
• Proven ability to troubleshoot motor controls and circuitry
• Valid NY Journeyman Electrician license
• Valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to take charge on a job site

Compensation

$30-$35/hour, based on experience
