One26Group is a home automation company specializing in modern smart home solutions, including audio/video, networking, security, and integrated control systems. We are looking to expand our team what a dependable and motivated Low Voltage Technician.

Job Description

The Low Voltage Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting low voltage systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot low voltage systems (audio/video, security, networking, smart home automation)
• Run, terminate, and test wiring (Cat5/6, speaker wire, coax, etc.)
• Mount and configure equipment such as TVs, cameras, access points, and control panels
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Use hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose issues and ensure system integrity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Experience

• Proven experience as a Low Voltage Technician or Service Technician installing cameras and/or low voltage systems (required)
• IT and/or networking experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts such as LAN (Local Area Network), VLANs (Virtual Local Area Networks), and Ethernet cabling (Cat5/Cat6).
• Hands-on experience with fiber splicing techniques and fiber optic cabling installation.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Electrical experience related to low voltage wiring standards (NEC compliance) and power tools operation.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic

Full-time, consistent hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
