Lead Low Voltage Technician

We are looking for an experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise low-voltage installation crews.

* Install, terminate, and test Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and fiber optic cabling.

* Install and configure security cameras (CCTV), access control, intercom, and network equipment.

* Read blueprints and coordinate work with the General Contractor (GC) and other trades.

* Ensure installations meet industry standards and project specifications.

* Troubleshoot and resolve field issues.

* Maintain a safe and organized job site.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of experience in low-voltage systems.

* Experience leading installation teams.

* Strong knowledge of structured cabling, access control, CCTV, and networking.

* Ability to read construction drawings.

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

* Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

* OSHA 10/30

* Lift certification (preferred)

Project Location: Sarasota, Fl

Willing to travel around Florida Area when it is need it.

Bilingual ( English - Spanish) - Optional

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
