Experienced Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute projects.
• Perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify issues quickly and effectively.
• Handle high-voltage electrical wiring safely on construction sites or renovation projects while adhering to NFPA 70 compliance standards.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on electrical systems to prevent failures and ensure ongoing safety.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines.
• Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Read electrical blueprints and schematics accurately for both new installations and troubleshooting existing systems.
• Work on low voltage systems as well as high voltage setups in industrial or commercial environments.
• Assist with renovation projects by updating or replacing outdated wiring or electrical components.
