About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Low-Voltage Technician with extensive experience in both commercial & residential environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, termination, and testing of structured cabling, security systems, and AV infrastructure.

The ideal candidate thrives on active construction sites, possesses the ability to read complex blueprints, and maintains a "clean-build" standard for all cable management. You won't just be pulling wire; you will be ensuring that every project meets the high-tier infrastructure standards our clients expect from fortify.la.

Key Responsibilities

• Structured Cabling: Pull, route, and terminate Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, and Fiber Optic cables in commercial pathways including conduit, J-hooks, and cable trays.
• Infrastructure Setup: Build out MDF/IDF closets, including the installation of racks, cabinets, patch panels, and wire managers.
• System Installation: Install and configure commercial-grade hardware for CCTV/IP Cameras, Access Control (Mag-locks, strikes, REX), and Intrusion Alarms.
• AV & Wireless: Deploy commercial audio systems, digital signage, paging systems, and mount/cable Wireless Access Points (WAPs).
