Low Voltage Technician – Access Control, CCTV & Alarm Systems

Job Summary: The Low Voltage Service Technician provides technical service and support for low-voltage and electronic security systems, ensuring proper functionality, safety, and performance. The position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach in both residential and commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain:
• CCTV & surveillance systems
• Access control systems
• Intrusion alarm systems
• Intercom & entry systems
• Low-voltage cabling & infrastructure
• Perform system inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Program, test, and commission systems
• Provide professional on-site customer support
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in security systems or low-voltage service
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
