Licensed JW Foreman Electrician & Superintendent

POSITION SUMMARY

The Electrical Commercial Foreman / Superintendent is a dual-role position responsible for leading and managing commercial electrical projects in the field (approximately 70% Foreman responsibilities) while also overseeing multiple projects at a higher supervisory level (approximately 30% Superintendent responsibilities). This individual ensures that all electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes, specifications, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who can effectively manage crews, coordinate with project managers, communicate with clients, and deliver projects on time and within budget. REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Electrician License (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Verification of U.S. work eligibility
• High School Diploma or GED (technical or trade school preferred)
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction
• At least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role (foreman, lead, or superintendent level)
• Strong working knowledge of the NEC, commercial electrical systems, and troubleshooting methods
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and job scopes
• Proficient in project scheduling, manpower planning, and material coordination
• Competence with basic digital tools (e.g., email, PDF markups, construction apps)
• Ability to work varied shifts (days, evenings, or nights) as required by the project
• Willingness to travel within 5 hours of the Denver Metro area as needed
• Maintain and master OSHA 30 certification
