Specialized Electric is seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead projects, mentor electricians, and help us continue building our reputation for exceptional workmanship throughout the Denver Metro area.

This is not a position for someone looking to simply punch a clock. We are looking for a skilled leader who takes ownership of their projects, communicates effectively, and sets the example for the crew every day.

What You'll Do

As a Foreman, you will be responsible for the successful execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include

• Leading and supervising crews of electricians and apprentices
• Planning work activities to maintain productivity and project schedules
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics
• Troubleshooting electrical systems and resolving field challenges
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring work is completed safely and correctly
• Communicating with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers
• Training and developing less experienced electricians
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope
• Upholding company standards for professionalism, craftsmanship, and safety
