Residential Foreman Electrician (Licensed)

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly capable, licensed Residential Foreman Electrician to lead projects, develop team members, and ensure consistent, high-quality work in the field. This role is responsible for driving productivity, maintaining strong jobsite organization, and upholding company standards on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electricians, setting clear expectations and holding accountability
• Plan, organize, and execute daily jobsite activities to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications with minimal oversight
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and completion of residential electrical systems
• Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and passes inspection the first time
• Anticipate jobsite needs and coordinate materials, tools, and manpower proactively
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
• Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado Residential Wireman or Journeyman Electrician License
• Strong background in residential service and/or construction
• Proven ability to lead jobs and crews with minimal supervision
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and code requirements
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
