Lead Residential Electrician

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Electrician to join our team and drive electrical projects from conception through completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across diverse construction sites, renovation projects, and industrial settings. As a Lead Electrician, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical work, mentoring team members, and ensuring all projects adhere to safety standards and electrical codes. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites, industrial facilities, or commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
• Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment to diagnose issues and verify system integrity.
• Install and troubleshoot low voltage and high voltage electrical systems in compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Manage the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks in industrial settings.
• Ensure all work meets safety regulations including NEC standards and local codes while maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan electrical layouts and ensure timely project completion.
