We're looking for an experienced Lead Electrician who can take ownership of projects, mentor apprentices, and consistently deliver high-quality work. At Shore Line Electric, you won't be left on your own—you'll work side by side with other experienced Lead Electricians and directly with the owner, who remains actively involved in day-to-day operations and field work. Our projects include commercial tenant fit-outs, medical facilities, multifamily housing, custom homes, service work, generators, lighting retrofits, electrical renovations, and service upgrades throughout New Jersey. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead commercial and residential electrical projects from rough-in through completion.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Install EMT, PVC, MC cable, Romex, lighting, panels, transformers, and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform service work.
• Coordinate work with project managers, customers, and other trades.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and junior electricians.
