AUTO ELECTRICIAN

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Auto Electrician to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of automotive electrical systems and components. Your expertise will ensure vehicles operate safely, efficiently, and reliably, providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive diagnostics knowledge. Duties

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues in vehicles using automotive wiring diagrams, schematics, and diagnostic tools
• Perform repairs on vehicle electrical systems including lighting, sensors, alarms, and electronic control units (ECUs)
• Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools to complete tasks effectively
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction

Experience

• Proven dealership experience as an Auto Electrician or Service Technician within a fast-paced automotive environment
• Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of automotive diagnostics software and the ability to interpret schematics accurately
• Hands-on experience repairing vehicles or similar brands with complex electrical architectures
• Demonstrated ability to work with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other automotive repair machinery
• Prior experience in automotive wiring diagram interpretation and troubleshooting electrical faults efficiently
