Job Description

CFM Electric is hiring a full-time Electrician with 3–5 years of experience for commercial and residential electrical work. This position offers steady hours, competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and long-term stability with a growing electrical contractor.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation, service, maintenance, and repairs
• Troubleshoot commercial and residential electrical systems
• Install and service lighting, panels, circuits, switches, and power systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Ensure work complies with NEC and local electrical codes
• Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Travel to job sites across New Jersey, New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania

Requirements

• 3–5 years of electrician experience (commercial and/or residential)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods
• Experience with service work, installations, and troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently or as part of a crew
• Valid driver’s license
• OSHA certification preferred
