Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician / Residential Wireman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems. As a Journeyman Electrician / Residential Wireman, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and national electric codes.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Be able to efficiently work on service upgrades.
• Be punctual when answering the phone as well as arriving on time to service calls.
• Be responsible with tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with other tradesmen on construction projects to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, following industry regulations and best practices for electrical work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician (RW or Journeyman).
• Experience in both residential and commercial work.
• Clean driving and criminal record.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
