Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a variety of commercial and industrial settings. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with local electrical codes, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70 standards, and the National Electrical Code (NEC). Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments using schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately to ensure precise installation and maintenance.
• Perform high-voltage electrical wiring tasks safely while adhering to all electrical safety procedures and local electrical codes.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment to identify faults and verify system integrity.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics to troubleshoot complex issues involving low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other automation components.
• Follow NFPA 70 compliance standards during all phases of installation and repair work to ensure safety and code adherence.
• Work on construction sites performing renovation or new build projects while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
