Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and blueprints.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
• Work with low voltage systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and high voltage equipment to support industrial and commercial projects.
• Conduct routine inspections using tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols in accordance with NEC standards while working on construction sites or renovation projects.
• Collaborate with other trades like frame carpentry and general contractors during construction or renovation projects to coordinate electrical work seamlessly.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections for project documentation.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification demonstrating comprehensive electrical knowledge.
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician with a strong background in construction site environments.
