Experienced Residential Electrician

The Role

Exact Solar is seeking experienced residential electricians to support the growing demands for installation of home solar PV systems, battery backup systems, EV charger installations, service upgrades, electric hot water heaters, and pool heat pumps. Exact Solar does a mix of new installations, add-on/upgrades, and service projects. We also work on both residential and small commercial projects. We're growing and looking for another experienced electrician to join our team! Safe work practices and excellent communication skills are essential. OSHA and installer training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high quality customer care - Excellent communications from arrival to job completion with all questions answered patiently and honestly
• Assist with the electrical wiring of all energy products

* Prepare and clean-up job site

* Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the process

* Represent Exact Solar as a field contact for the customer, interact with the customer with integrity, always displaying a professional appearance and attitude.

* Additional duties required as needed
