Electrician

Overview

Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards and local electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring layouts and system configurations.
• Perform electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults and determine appropriate solutions.
• Manage high-voltage and low-voltage electrical wiring on commercial, industrial, or renovation projects while adhering to strict safety procedures.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install conduit, wiring, fixtures, panels, and other electrical components efficiently.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to ensure ongoing compliance with safety protocols and operational standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams or maintenance personnel to coordinate installation schedules and ensure seamless project execution.

Skills
