Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, construction, and safety protocols. This role involves working on various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with NEC standards.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Conduct tests using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure proper installation of electrical systems.
• Perform frame carpentry as needed to support electrical installations.
• Work with high voltage systems while adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to minimize risks associated with electrical work.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and NEC regulations.
• Ability to work effectively on construction sites with a focus on teamwork and communication.
• Familiarity with industrial electrician practices is a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Valid electrician's license or certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
