American Electric LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong leadership skills, and can independently manage electrical projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Complete projects independently from start to finish.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code and local codes.
• Train and mentor apprentices and helpers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
• Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and project managers.
• Complete job documentation using company software.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of electrical experience preferred.
• Ability to complete electrical projects independently.
• Previous experience leading a crew.
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, dependable, and professional.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
