The Industrial Electrician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role supports safe and efficient plant operations through preventive maintenance, equipment upgrades, and rapid response to production issues.What You'll Do ------------------

### Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems, including motors, PLCs, HMIs, sensors, encoders, and control systems
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues on high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Work with 380VAC and 24VDC systems, including VFDs, servo drives, and electro-mechanical controls
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability

### Safety & Compliance

• Follow OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards
• Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and electrical safety requirements
• Participate in arc flash assessments and safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
