Electrical Crew Leader – New Construction Trim

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Crew Leader to lead a trim crew on residential and commercial new construction projects.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage an electrical trim crew

* Complete high-quality trim work on residential and commercial construction projects

* Install and oversee the installation of switches, outlets, lighting, devices, panels, and other final electrical components

* Read blueprints and ensure work is completed according to plans and code

* Maintain productivity, quality, and job site safety

* Coordinate daily tasks and communicate with supervisors

Requirements

* Previous experience as an Electrical Crew Leader or Lead Electrician preferred

* Strong experience with new construction trim

* Ability to read blueprints

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

* Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
