Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential, commercial, industrial, and construction environments using hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical projects.
• Work with low voltage and high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
• Use testing equipment such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues and verify system integrity.
• Conduct renovations by upgrading existing electrical systems or installing new wiring in construction sites or facilities.
• Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpentry or general contractors to ensure seamless project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a residential, industrial or commercial electrician with a strong background in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems, high voltage safety procedures, and NEC regulations.
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing devices for diagnostics and repairs.
