Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute wiring and system layouts.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify faults or issues within complex electrical systems.
• Perform high-voltage electrical wiring and low-voltage wiring installations safely on construction sites or renovation projects.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete wiring tasks efficiently while adhering to electrical safety procedures.
• Follow NFPA 70 compliance standards to ensure all work meets industry safety regulations and best practices for electrical safety procedures.
• Collaborate with other trades such as frame carpentry or general contractors during construction or renovation projects to coordinate electrical installations seamlessly.

Qualifications
