Journeyman Electrician / Experienced Electrician

What You’ll Do

As an electrician with Edge Electric, you will work on a wide range of electrical projects and service work. Responsibilities include:

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in accordance with the National Electrical Code.
• Working independently without constant direct supervision.
• Installing conduit systems, lighting systems, devices, panels, feeders, and basic control systems.
• Installing motor feeders and making standard motor connections.
• Reading and following plans, layouts, and job instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Taking care of company tools, vehicles, equipment, and materials.
• Following all workplace safety procedures.
• Participating in toolbox talks, safety audits, and other safety-related activities.
• Identifying, correcting, and reporting unsafe conditions or incidents in a timely manner.
• Working as part of a professional, dependable, and team-oriented crew.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
