Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain UPS, PDU, power products, and battery systems (2–120 KVA).
- Provide on-site and remote customer support.
- Perform preventive and emergency maintenance.
- Complete service reports, inventory tracking, and administrative documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and meet customer response-time requirements.
Requirements
- ASEET/AMEET certification or equivalent technical training preferred.
- 4+ years military technical experience OR 2+ years industry experience.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and test equipment.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and service software.
- Valid driver's license required.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
