Alternative Maintenance Solutions LLC is seeking Journeyman Electricians to join

Position Summary

Journeyman Electricians will perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across a variety of job sites while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and in compliance with applicable codes. This role requires strong technical skills, a thorough understanding of electrical systems, and the ability to work effectively with a team to meet project timelines.

As a Journeyman Electrician, you will diagnose electrical issues, troubleshoot equipment and wiring, and execute both planned and emergency electrical work. You will also contribute to a culture of safety and quality by following established procedures and maintaining high standards on every assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and related components in accordance with code requirements and safety standards.
• Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot issues using testing equipment and sound diagnostic techniques.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, wiring layouts, and technical instructions to complete work accurately.
• Perform inspections of completed work to verify functionality, proper connections, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to support jobsite readiness, workflow, and timely project completion.

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman-level knowledge of electrical systems and demonstrated experience performing electrical work in the field.
• Ability to safely work on electrical systems and follow established safety procedures and work practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency reading electrical diagrams, technical instructions, and job documentation.
