Duties

• Assist licensed electricians with installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems on construction sites and commercial facilities
• Familiarity and proper use of hand tools and power tools is a must to safely and effectively to perform wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup.
• Follow electrical safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members
• Support the testing and troubleshooting of low voltage and high voltage electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections in compliance with NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association standards) and NEC (National Electrical Code) requirements
• Collaborate with team members to complete construction tasks efficiently while adhering to project timelines.
• Enthusiasm for learning the fundamentals of electrical work with a strong desire to develop technical skills
• Prior construction site experience or related hands-on experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is beneficial
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.
