Duties

• Assist licensed electricians in installing, wiring, and maintaining electrical systems across various construction sites and industrial facilities
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks such as cutting, bending, and assembling electrical components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support accurate installations
• Conduct basic testing of electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper functionality
• Support the installation of low voltage systems, including communication lines and security wiring
• Follow safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work, adhering to NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
• Help maintain organized work areas, document progress, and communicate effectively with team members about project status

Requirements

• Prior experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrician work is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters confidently
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Experience working on construction sites or in construction environments is highly desirable
